Return Policy

Pure-Rest Products
●    Any non-custom item that is unopened may be returned within 90 days.
●    Washed items may be returned only if defective.
●    NOTE: Pillows, mattresses, stuffed items may not be returned once opened due to health laws unless defective. They arrive sealed so you can see them BEFORE you open them.
●    Clothing can be returned once opened, but please do not expose to scents or anything so we can be sure they are still pure. Try them on, if they don’t  fit, put them back in the package immediately. Any found with scents (we test them here), will not be refunded due to unique nature of organics and purity.

Adult Mattresses:
Your Pure-Rest Natural Mattress has been crafted expertly by hand with our exclusive high quality and absolutely pure fibers. We have third party testing to give confidence to your customer that they are indeed pure. Each part of your mattress and foundation is covered by a 10 year fixed and 20 year prorated warranty for your peace of mind. Our warranty covers all component parts of your mattress system against defects in materials or workmanship. If you feel your mattress is defective please contact us so we can rapidly remedy the situation. We will repair or replace a defective part at our discretion. We do not ask the customer to pay shipping for our errors. So if it is our error we will pick up the shipping cost. In addition, we have your name in our database so you do not need to fear losing your receipt.

Due to the nature of mattresses there are a few conditions where a warranty is voided.

NOT COVERED:
• Mold due to customer misuse
• Sagging due to improper foundation, wood slats must be no more than 2.75”apart.
• Customer rips and tears
• Mattress has been folded or bent.

ZEUS ADULT MATTRESSES: Our Zeus mattress carries a 25 year warranty. Fifteen year fixed and 25 year prorated. This warranty excludes the top 20-25 ILD layer which carries the standard mattress warranty. This top layer could wear faster over time due to heavy weight, excess use, etc. as it is a softer layer. This is normal and this layer can be replaced inexpensively if you use your mattress past 20 years. This mattress features our comfort exchange warranty. If, within 10 days, you wish to exchange 1-3 slabs of the mattress for a firmer or softer feel, you can send it back UPS in a box and we will ship out the requested slab at our expense.

Bedding Warranty:
Each bedding item has a warranty.
●    All items have a warranty against actual defects in the first year.
●    Toppers, Mattress Pads have a warranty for an additional 2 years for anything exceeding normal compression.
●    Warranty does not cover misuse, stains, or normal wear.
●    We do warranty our workmanship to include seams splitting, or fabric defects.

Suite Sleep

DEFECT/RETURN POLICY Upon receipt of “defective” merchandise, the client must contact Suite Sleep, Inc. immediately. A Return Authorization (RA) will beissued for the item, so that it can be shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection.Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Upon receipt of goods, if defect is deemed tobe a manufacturing error, we will ship out a replacement item to you as soon as possible.(Please allow 4-6 weeks for production of new items) If the defect is proven to be due tosomething other than manufacturing error as described in the warranty, Suite Sleep, Inc.will bill the client for transportation costs and send the original item back to the addressfrom which it originated. Upon receipt of merchandise, the client must inform SuiteSleep, Inc. of a manufacturing defect within 14 days. The Client may then utilize theabove procedure to request a claim and start the exchange process.Suite Sleep, Inc. has a replace or repair policy. Refunds are not given due to the personalnature of our products. Mattresses and bedding products are considered personal productswhich cannot be returned and have no resale value. All shipments are marked as to itscontents or contain a packing slip. It is the responsibility of the client to check thepacking slip against the order/invoice.Suite Sleep, Inc. has a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective items returned. PRIORAUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED for any return item. Returns will not be accepted foropened product. All returns MUST be factory sealed in its original packaging. Client willassume all shipping costs for goods refused at time of delivery.
